AMFILISSOS
AMFILISSOS Hotel is located in the centre of Ballos, just a few meters away from the sea’s crystal clear waters.
Starting our journey in the South coast of Samos and taking the road from the airport and the town of Karlovassi we find the bypass leading to Koumeika, a small village with sycamore threes, gardens and abundant waters. The village boasts for Ballos, the calm and serene pebble beach with clear waters and beautiful tavernas.
The name of the hotel originates from the banks of the river Amfilissos. According to Greek Mythology the Goddess Hera used to bath in its crystalline waters.
Thus we have the blessing of the ancient Gods.
Hotel facilities and services
The hotel has 16 rooms, half of which are located in a beautiful garden and the rest enjoy the view of the Aegean Sea. From the rooms’ windows and balconies one can enjoy the view of sea and the small island of Samiopoula easily accessible by fishing boats called ‘kaiki’.
Our rooms are ideal for relaxation and getting away from everyday’s stresses, in a family environment, and good for nightlife since they are located close to villages such as Votsalakia and Marathokampos.

Every room has en-suite bathroom, TV, air condition, fridge, telephone, and its own balcony facing the sea or the garden.
Our guests may have their breakfast, either in their rooms or in our traditional Greek court.
Breakfast is included in the room price.
