Beatrice Villas is a brand new complex of independent villas, in the west outskirts of the renowned sea resort village of Potokaki in the south coast of Samos, only 50 meters from the sandy beach and the crystal blue waters of the Aegean Sea.

Beatrice villas are located 3 km away from the town Pythagorio with its lively port, marina, restaurants, cafés, bars and vibrant nightlife. Thus, they are ideal for a quite, relaxing holiday by the sea with friends, or family, an unforgettable honeymoon, just three minutes drive from the town center.
The owner of Beatrice Villas also owns Hotel Mariona, Hotel Tarsanas and the restaurant Tarsanas, were a 15% discount is offered to all guests of Beatrice Villas.
Room facilities
Each villa measures 100 m² and consists of one comfortable living room with a fully equipped kitchen corner with kitchen oven, one master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and two other bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom (shower) and a wc with laundry services. Each bedroom sleeps two persons.
Every villa can comfortably accommodate up to six people.
A large balcony on the first floor, next to the master bedroom, offers a magnificent sea view. Moreover, there is a spacious sheltered verandah on the ground floor next to the living room, with a marvelous view of the sea.
Other facilities include: TV, an extra WC in the living room, all rooms are fully air-conditioned and the villas are serviced.
